Return Policy

Returns are rarely accepted due to the made-to-order nature of these products. Because these products are handmade they will differ in form and finish from the product shown.

Blemishes, variations in finish and dimensions are to be expected. The products shown are merely examples of the design, but the final finish and shape will differ. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original shipping package with adequate padding to prevent damage. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at yo@milesmcdermott.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to Phoenix, Arizona.

 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
